In this session, Ashley Jernigan will give you tips, tricks and tools to help manage your time better and change those habits or activities that cause you to waste time.

It is setting priorities and taking charge of our situation and energy utilization within a given time frame.
It means changing those habits or activities that cause us to waste time.
It is being willing to experiment with different methods and ideas to enable you to find the best way to make maximum use of time.
